You need the following programs for that:
1. XSI from Softimage.com. ( Or another RealFlow compatible 3d Package you are familiar with)
2. Real flow
a. model toy soldier
b. model floor with peace sign
c. export geometry triangulated to realflow
d. import into realflow and let it melt onto the floor. It will flow into your peace sign.
e. import the scene back into XSI and render all the frames it takes to melt and save as movie or image sequence for your fav video project.
Tutorials for every step are on the websites of the respective software providers.
Good luck!
