I saved the Zmaterial for future use....
it is atttached to the bottom of this post...

You need to use best render to see the outlines..it is yet another cavity shader toon material.

BTW, the model started its life in Make Human blender script... it got its details in Zbrush :):tu:

Please feel fee to post comments and suggestions :D 121 always welcome

Thanks for the cartoon shader. I altered it a little bit while I was fooling around. I think my arm has so many little skin pores it looks speckled in the cartoonish version.

Wow cool arm :)

to get rid of some of the speckeling, subdevide your mesh more or under the tools>display>smoothing turn smoothing up all the way...

if you want the oppisite effect, use a lower resolution mesh , and you will get a croshatching effect in the cavitys.....

Glad you like the material... if you make a cool one please post it :)

have a good day :)

can we see the rest of the body connected to that arm?

Polaris30,

Thanks. The arm was already about 1.5 million polys and I tried the smoothing all the way up but it looked the same. So.. I lowered the resolution for a crosshatch effect and turned it into Warhol Gorilla Arms. All Zbrush, of course.:D

1stbrother,

I can't post the whole body/picture until it's been published which should be soon.
It's a parody of the new King Kong. Here's part of the face.

wow! nice worhaul effects :)

I found that reduceing the size of the document to 75% of the original seems to smooth thing out a bit...

here is something I made a this morning with the same Zmaterisl..

I did the size reduction in gimp, and did a Script-Fu >decor>Old Photo ... I turned the bluring and border off...
then I added a new layer, and mixed the original over the old photo about 25%...

reminds me of really old magazine adds...
