I try to smmoth some faces with the blur brush

is it possible to restrict the effect to the object only without melting the bordre of the geometry on the canvas?

Instead of using the Blur brush, try using the Smooth transform brush while sculpting the model. Also make sure that Quick3D is turned off before you snapshot the model to the canvas, and set Tool>Preview>dsmooth to a value of 1.
