ZBR Error (Question for Pixologic)

Hi ZBrusher,
the following image was built with ZBrush, but i can't reopen the file !!

ZBrush display an error when loading the image and then crash.
Can i send to pixologic the ZBR file ??

p.s. the image is a simple example on shadows, reflection, transparency and light.

yesterday i had the same malfunction (for the 1st time ever - but then, i do not often reopen .zbr’s) when i tried to open stage 1 of this one (http://www.cyber-webs.com/zbrush/jungle2.jpg). i had done the jungleterrain the day before and when i wanted to go on and start building the butterflies, i got this message http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1002551808dzi.jpg and after clicking the ok-button, zbrush said "ciao" :confused: hmmmm, i have no idea why it should be corrupted but as i had an exported .psd i could go on, but lost any informations on light, render-settings and so on :( any ideas on what i could have done wrong, ZuZu?

I've encountered a few of my documents that have had this problem, if I am working on something really important I always save to two files just in case. I am not sure but I think one thing that may be common with these bad ones is that each had a tool with a texture that was MRGBZ grabbed and saved with the tool. But that is just a guess.
