3d text.
First, you need a font. Letters can be made simply with basic tools. Like this "a"...

I used a cube and a cylinder, modified, muiltimarkered and polymeshed.
Each character can be created as a subscript, yes? So, you create one script for making an "a" and one for a "b" etc...
Now, is there a script command to prompt the user to input some text? That is just what this puppy needs. The script needs to take the text, run the corresponding subscripts for each character and Marker them. When all the characters are completed, the Multi Marker tool will be the entire string.
If no such input command exists, you could create a Keyboard-Like interface to just click on the buttons.
What do you think? If it seems possible, and someone would like to play with it, I would start creating a font, and save each letter as a script.
Then again, the next version of ZBrush may include 3D text and this would be a waste of time....
