Nice alien.
The 3dmesh(star) tool allows you to import and export .obj files.
Basically it enables you to use 3d meshes generated in other programs within ZBrush, and vice versa. Even if you don't own any other 3d packages there are a squillion different models available on the internet.
It also turns Zbrush into a pretty good 3d paint utility for your favourite 3d animation
package. It's probable one of my most used tools.
