Inverted Polygons

Here is a part of a new illustration. I was looking for the @#! button to invert some polygons in another program and got some inspiration. Tonight I will post the finished image. This will be fun :D

Don't forget to hide those polygons by turning off Quick 3D Edit and turning on the smoothing options in Tool>Display Properties.

How I made this scene:
First I made the head, legs and arms and saved them as .ztl
After it I made the walls (just some planes) and the toilet. Then placed the (nude)man on the toilet and dropped it all into pixols. Just in one basic material. I painted the lines of the tiles on the wall and floor (with a material) and after it I made the tiles with the single layer brush. I painted the body and made the shoes. The last part were the cloths in a separate layer (more easy to paint). In PhotoShop I painted the hair and some lines around the hands.

Funny thing about today, Bas. When I first saw the beginning of the thread early this morning a bad case of the hyper-trots had struck yours truly...and when I saw the pic I was thinking I should say someithing about the irony of the timing of the pic...but then I thought well, that isn't what this pic is about....then I just get home and see that it was about that...LOL!!!! Thnx for the smile....just remember, the "job" isn't done til the paperwork is finished:D

Thanks, Bas, great technique! Now that I studied it closer I can see the designs on the wall tiles are all different which for this illustration looks better than would uniform tiles.

He's out of luck but at least he wasn't out of toilet paper.:D

Hmm, maybe I have to make another one, to make you smile again. I can let him walk to the hospital asking for help. The last picture was just a fast 2.5D doodle and not real nice, only to show the next step.
Coming week will be a busy one with a lot of work to do, so it will be quiet in this thread. Thanks for looking. I hope to see more funny stuff at the forum and more completed scenes.

SH....T, it is still a busy week, here the time is 2.00 in the night (I always have trouble with AM an PM, after midnight, after morning, past midnight or past morning? crazy !!). Working on a stupid book, while thinking about the poor inverted man. He realy needs a doctor I think. Now it's time to listen what my pillow want to tell to me. Hahaha, after a great popconcert many years ago, my ears do not hear the pillowstories. I need a shouting pillow, telling me the new wip's to make in ZB. Hmmmm, I should had to go for fishing today, nice weather with some clouds and temperature going down. Some pikes smiling to my lure. Some inverted people floating in the river. I know a little restaurant in Shenzhen, you can try this fabulous dog soup! Its not so good but they beleive that the dog food, give you warm body and power.... incredible...
But a good food to try is the dim sum, I'll see a movie with the same title (Dim Sum) and its dim sum (like Italian raviolis) but the whole thing is steamed, and in this movie they put inside some fresh human flesh from abies and after some girls are coming and eat these dim Sum to be forever young!!!! Scarry !!!
Ok something good for you:
Cut some slice of ginger, make some hot coke (coca cola ) don't burn the Coke, and put the ginger together, and drink... they said its good for sex !!!

Another thing go to ChengDu its very spicy but so good !!!!

Maybe the walls and the floor could be slighly simpler? That they wouldn't take that much attention and give instant cg look? BUT on the other hand it still works like the way it's currently... So just flush this comment down the toilet.. :o
