Hi Ron,
Cool picZ as always. One thing I would like to know is how do you get the large image in your post? I posted on another thread recently and all I got was the thumbnail. The info given didn't seem to work.
Thanks,
Eddie

hey thnx...
When you upload (which you apparently did) the pop up window prompts you to place the image in your post after uploading...if you just want it as a thumbnail then you just close the pop up because the file is uploaded at that point. You will have code on your thread that starts something like ATT and ends i think with /ATT..that will be in the body of your thread if you have done things right. Once you get it done you will LOL, I assure you. thnx again.
ron
Yeah that's what I did (I think) but all I got was a little blue square with a ? in it.
When I've done some more work on my model I'll try again; it was probably just me.
Thanks,
Eddie

looks good ron.
I like the head. Maybe you should try and make the eyes without a white, and theyll be more fish like?

Ehy,the thread machine fists again!!Compliments Ron.I very like the fish-alien model!Exspecially the eye,it's seems very crazy!!;)
The alien-humanoid reminds the phantascientific cinema of 1950-60.
Very cool Ron.
FOR EDDIEC:I don't now what is your problem but if I can help this is what I do when I must upload an image.
When I'm on the POST REPLY menu I click on UPLOAD IMAGE OR FILE.
Then I start the browser to find the image to upload.
I open the image and upload it.You can't upload an image bigger than 200 KB.
When the upload is ended,a pop-up ask me if I wanna place image in my post and then there's another pop-up that confirm you that the image is now on the body of your post.
If on your thread appears the code of the image, that starts with ATT and ends with /ATT the upload is done.
Hope to be of any hrlp for you my friend.MattHHH:cool:
Cool creature head, Ron. Nice change of pace for you. Keep it up!

Thank you very much for you kind comments and suggestions....very appreciated...
Messing around this evening with a low poly head...the ears and head are one piece...the eyes were created on a seperate layer....the number of layers is 3 all zbrush cept the text in the "balloon". The balloon is a circle tool and the pointy part is a deformed torus....flat material used....stock eye texture from personal collection....hmmm trying to see if I left anything out.....material by Mentat7...poly count on my head is 18,070. Guess that is kinda low :)
His expression looked to me as though someone had expatriated a gaseous effluevium in his presence....so hence the title.

Ehy Ron!!!!I've got an idea. Why don't you transormthis last image in this way.First, you can model the face to make it fatter, then you put flaming red hair on it's head and next you make it a horrible smile with shark theets and yellow eyes.
The final result is......IT.The evil clown born from Stephen King's mind.
I hope you'll think on my idea,my friend.

Yeppers...Pennywise the clown is definitely a scary image....I might just take you up on that and turn him into an evil clown:tu: :tu: :tu: :tu:
Been sitting here watchign The Crazies and Shaolin vs The Evil Dead (kung fu zombie flick) and zbrushing a little bit...trying some stuff out...just another doodling...all z....two layers...nothing special...just experimenting with some older ideas

Bas, LOL...that was finished :) It was the doodle that turned into more than it was supposed to have been....should have used more layers I guess....
Pinkarman, glad you enjoyed it.....just trying out full figured clothed images at the moment...nothign major, but still challenging and fun...
Thnx Bicc, yeah the break was short, but I will still need to slack off a bit when it gets cold outside ....two manuscripts to finish and hopefully a comic I have been toying around with. I have to come up with a way to make some money one way or another
Well here is another trial ....Stevie Rae inspired...using five layers at the moment...and still more stuff to add, like boots and hands, some chains and a couple of pillars in the background...lots of deformed primitives used and masking and inflating. Well the weekend is here and ya'll have fun and thnx for lookign and commenting...Always appreciated, trust me....Time to pop in the uncut version of Redneck Zombies and get back to zbrushing...ciao

Hey Ron, my friend, i miss this one, great image (the last one), but you can try to put details in the muscles, and i think the armor it´s so cute, put more details ;) , like ztevie :tu:

heyas Illusional,
Thnx..and I was going to do that on this one, but the system crashed....used to it...was just a test....so nothing lost really...
Here is another head I have been workign on for the past hour or so....had to do something while watching another good sci fi channel original..."Pteradactyl". I am telling ya...though this one in the way of their models was alot better than most of the stinkers they put out....they definitely need to hire some zbrush artists...lol....truly.....anyhoo.... its worth watching for a change....
This head is done with zspheres....very little painting...most of the color etc comes with a cavity shader mat and lighting.. I include the script for the head...it will probably minimize during running, just pop the screen back up...the eyes and teeth were seperate.
Appendige Head.. (lack of a better name)
edit....Played around with Stevie Rae's method for hair and added hair to my creature here.....

Thank you. I am glad you enjoy my work(s).
I messed around a bit this evening with seeing once again how the head looks with a body and tried a bit different shot of the model. I have gotta learn how to set up a good looking scene....anyways...here are two light tests of about 2 dozen I played with.
thnx again....Suggestions, comments, critiques, and 121 or just chat is always welcomed on any of my threads.

Ohh sweet I love them brain surgeons :D . Had a project a while back where we used a crazy doctor that builds a robot girl with a human brain. I like the design/concept of your brain surgeon Ron, big hands and a hunchback you can’t go wrong with those attributes if you’re going to handle a brain.
This is how our doctor came out in the final renders, no Zbrush used all made in Maya.

Gling Glo...wow...went to your links.....those are super super images....I can't hold a candle to those pics....but with practice...someday.....Thank you for the comments.
Heyas Bas, my surgeon would be like a bull in a china shop...:D
Here is my latest trial, I played witht he sweep profile tool making leggins and gauntlets, my stock trial zsphere body, a head I made a few nights ago...wanted to play around with lights and making a scene of sorts...masked and inflated 3d terrain planes used on all the background and bkgrd pieces...which lighting do you like best if any of the ones I show here...thnx

He Ron, you realy have some creative days. I like the freshlooking boardgame. Also the pink figure with the nice material looks 'finished' and cool!
It should be a good idea to make a complete boardgame with several figures. Keep going :tu: :tu:

I make a move to purple and spin the dice again, and don't think that moving the gnome to red will help you!

some really good work here ron i love the catfish man model the head is awsome !!!! i think if you dont drop the full scene now and detail the scene (full figure) to a high level of detail it will be one of your best works :tu: :tu: :tu: :tu: :tu:
