Here is a ZBrush document that I did using only the fast shader material and the default lighting. It's been separated into layers, so material and colors can be easily applied without affecting the other objects in the scene. As an exercise I thought it would be interesting to see what people come up with as far as lighting, materials and coloring for this one. So color it, light it, and add materials as you see fit.
If you want to do a different material or color for the tubing that was ZSubbed from the background layer, you can MRGBZ the background layer and convert the resulting Alpha into a stencil.
The ZBrush document is 640x480 so demo users can participate as well.
Have fun and I'd like to see the results of your experiments!
