I made one knot with zsphere (only a test)..but it is very difficult (almost for me).
Go to www.knotplot.com (http://www.knotplot.com) and you will be able to learn about the knot world. (The first link of Pilou post).

I hope some at Pixologic can show a method to do these knot within Z...Pixolator, Aurick, or ...
