This guy ended up being another excercise to see what kind of detail I could comfortably work with in a mesh. As a result, there's no 2.5D detail added, just a color map, painted in texture master, and the color bump was turned up slightly in the materials to get some surface texture.

The model and texture was then exported, posed and rendered in Lightwave, which worked out fine.

The skin is so real I can imagine what it would feel like, and the area around the mouth with the slight glistening....Well I guess you get the idea that I like this!!!
