Please add your hidden tips to this collection.

1.You can easily polygroup a model's part that is hard to reach by simply
storing the default shape as a morph. Then pull and deform the model.
lets say a leg or finger. Then polygroup it. Then hit the restore morph button and your polygroups are retained. Great for fingers and other hard to reach areas.

....That you can color your model in real time.....

base colors only...no fancy stuff ....by going to

tool>texture and turning on the colorize button?

you can also take a previously made texture and add it to your model in the same palette by clicking tex>col and vice versa ...color it up and create a texture from that by col>tex button.

you can also create various masks and save them as alphas and use them to base color your model in real time too.

...using precise masks that you created you can also add materials to unmasked parts that are different from the masked parts........how cool is that?

it's a fantastic way to take one material with various attributes....eg spec, diff etc and add bits here and there etc...possibilities are endless.

also you have the zdepth and material overwrite available to you in the draw palette>channels sub menu that open up even more doors for that elusive perfect texture/render in zbrush.

have fun exploring.

it's an awesome feature that most folks miss.
