View Full Version : Problems with demo has any one else had them today?
I went to open my ZBrush a while ago and it has told me I have had a 'Start up error has been detected and to contact pix for a correction code v123b' is this because of the new year? :( :confused: :confused:

Yes, some users will experience this time-change problem with the current version of ZBrush (this will be fixed when next version is released).
Please email me at verna@pixologic.com and I'll send you a correction code and instructions.

hey syco..I got the same message on my demo last week.....email the support ppl at pixologic and they will send you a number....you paste that number into the registration and hit enter then you put the regular number in at you hit enter and then hit enter with the new password....and that fixes it right up.....Happy New Years.....and hope this helped
