I am going public on this one because I am quite annoyed. As you know or as Verna would know we have had much correspondence over the months about this problem.
I WOULD LIKE IT SORTED, PLEASE.
Look I'm on my knees, I'm a broken man. Please FIX this once and for all.
Here I am on new years day with ZBrush telling me my temp has expired even though you have sent me a new zul file, which wasn't even 30 days ago anyway.
I applied for a new temp no. just so I could get up and running. But it doesn't work. I asked for another one but I was sent the SAME no.
You have already told me that I should recieve a splash screen saying "welcome to ZBrush" after I put my new zul file in. As I have said on MANY OCCASIONS I have NEVER seen this screen. In spite of this you or Verna just keep telling me to see what happens. Well this is what happens. Just like the other four times.
So how about it. Can we make it work. PLEASE.
