Well I thought I would try something diffrent with Zbrush today, Insted of makeing Lo-poly stuff for games I thought I would play with the renderor a little bit :)
I am realy impressed, this is my greatest drawing ever and I did it in only a few hours....
I love Zbrush! I am going to make some Neat Billboards for my maps with it now, I am totaly impressed!
Here take a Peek...

I had to use JPG compression for the upload, the actual image is realy sharp and nice looking... The compression only added a little graineyness...
Cool stuff. Can you let me in on how you got the lines of light on the rocks from the sun?

Sure Razor,
I used a seamless rock texture I had laying around, loaded the texture, and made an alpha from it,
then I subdevided a sheet (plane?)a few times and then applied the alpha as a mask. then I inflated it a few times...
Volla! I had nice rocks!, then to get the caustics (light from the sun effect on rocks) I used a custom material I made...
Here I will upload it for everyone to use :) ...
BLOODVEINS.zip (http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/uploaded_from_zbc/200303/user_file-1047973994czh.zip)
I did not make this Material from scratch, it is a modified material that I got from the material pack 1 (I think Pixolator was nice enough to make all thease for us)....
Originaly I made the material for raw beef, or a meat texture (I make stuff for verry violent video games and this material comes in realy handy for makeing GIBBS)
anyways I hope it helps some people out :)
ZBRUSH RULES!!!

Hi Polaris
Your fishes recall me this (http://www.mcescher.com/Gallery/recogn-bmp/LW403.jpg) from this fabulous site about Maurits Cornelis Escher (http://www.mcescher.com/) our master for all geometric lovers :)

I love Eschers work!,
I wanted to use some in my free videogame maps but they would not let me without paying lots of $$$$....
Thanks for thinking about such a great artist when looking at my work...
Your work is AMAZING! I hope to be only half as good someday!
Good image, Polaris, :)
although I think it would do wonders to extend, maybe brush (hue) the athmospheric effect a little bit on the rocks since the transition from far depth to short distance surface would be more convincing for the depth in the front. I'm not good with caustics, but I'm thinking distance relative to the rocks and the fish.
It's a great feeling to make images you are proud with. :) How are your friends doing with Jungle Warfare? :D ;)

Great They are testing the IR right now, I am realy working hard to get things done, I still take a couple of hours a day and learn Zbrush tho, My maps are AMAZING looking :).
They got a few weponds ingame, and are iorning out the animations on the models and guns... we should have a release in the next few months...the other mappers are learning Zbrush also and saveing their money so they can export their work... I am at the same time learning lightwave, and it is realy paying off, I can take stuff from Zbrush and Optimise things even more, so I am getting reay good FPS in my map! my next maps are going to be more wide open, I am just takeing this time to make a realy optimized map, getting the FPS as fast as I can and at the same time adding tremendous amounts of detail :)
This really is a great render. We have seen many underwater scenes on ZBC, and I have liked many of them, but your image is quite unique and very well done. :tu:
