This is something that came to my mind and I decided to sketch it.
I finished the 3D model but I still got to detail it and maybe a scene.
-The whole purpose of him having such a great stomach is because there is something living inside of him. And I want that stomach to be transparent so that you see flesh/fluids/any creatures. I think that is a decent curse right?

Aztec, No need for monsters in the belly. Ask any mother. Just being pregnant is both a blessing and a curse....:D

and this one is just with an enhaced look
I have to ask, what was the inspiration for this?
I felt like this the other night though, after to many Tace Bell Crunchwrap Supremes. 'Cause they are good to go!

Interesting, but looks like there's quite a lot of work still to be done. The body proportions dont look right to my eye. Not saying that realistic styles are any better than exaggerated ones, it's that you have a wierd mix of cartoony in some spots and realistic details in others, and for a morbid image like this, it isnt quite working.
i.e. from the shoulders up, it looks like a muscular male frame, but below, it becomes very skinny and stretched, as well as looking sheared off to the left.
The hand is also looking very very odd, with fingers that taper too much and arent at the right lengths.
As for the concept itself... it looks odd, but not implausible. Not so sure about the skin chunking off into edges like that, but the parasite idea is definitely worth carrying on with. It reminded me of a snail parasite that infests its victim and stetches the skin so thinly that it can be seen through it. Maybe you can take that idea and run with it.
Here's the snail parasite link with pics.

Todo Z hermano
I agree with u DocTiki 110% but the thing is that I wanted to be as accurated with my sketch as possible, and the skin well, we all see white skin around here all the time, so yah...
Cedell I dunno how I came up with this, it just popped out
