cool design........perhaps work more on the eyelids aswell, i think eyes are the most important thing in a charaters design.... good luck, gus

Nice idea with the horn formation! I agree, you should change the mouth. Go to a mirror and try to wrinkle your nose like his while pushing the upper lip down. Difficult!. The upper lip is usually moving along with the nose wrinkles. Except he just saw the dentist:D. The ear canal should have an obstruction/fold over it. You do not see the ear canal usually. But then again, I am not familliar with this kind of beast 8-).
