well yall got me to going on the mgrbz tool thingy..snicker..and knowing me I spelled it wrong... :) but still trying my hand as a little scene settings and background stuff....my question is like thru the two trees I would like to make a couple of more objects in the distance with a little atmosphere between my layers...is this do-able? Southerns and Pixelators renderings always have that distance look to the way off background....well anyhoo here it is...and no monsters or body parts in it....Yet..muhahahahhahahahahaha...a pic just doesnt seem right to me without at least a severed limb or something.. :) and thnx yall for the Trees lesson :tu: http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1010870944bow.jpg
Ps...all Z cept for the water as always...and the sig also...both done in psp7 ;) so I cheat a little bit...

Beautiful piece, Man! :tu: :tu: :tu:
The atmosphere you're talking about is the 'Fog' panel...Check the quicklinks!

very beautiful...i likes it very much. it's not always bad to try a different genre (is that spelled right?). i agree that some depth between those trees would look good.
well well lookie here i would say thats your best yet :: :tu: you want depth there is lots of ways.
if you all ready haven't used Zoids method of putting the cloads on with the Mrgbz Grabber try it.
use your Leafs instead of the cload same method.
check your depth in the draw pallete i haven't messed with it but im sure it will work here zoids cloads http://www.pixolator.com/zbc-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=003242
another method you can mess with just grab a 3D plain and make it big and turn it side ways then use your gyro in the move mode now drag your curser to the gryro but dont touch the gyro it will move it into the back ground or towards you for depth like this.

bravissimo, Ron, what a fantastico scenery! :tu: :tu: :tu: etc.!!!!
just a few suggestions in advance:
#1: build up as much depth as possible in your pic (dragging objects/layers along z-axis) - this will tune up the amount of available settings for both fog and depth-cue modifiers (depths 1 and 2, but also re: fiddling with the graph, colors, intensity, alpha... - whatever you get).
hehhehheh, no #2, as i managed to pack all my meagre wisdom into #1 :D

I was busy messing with this next one...same leaf tool...and came back and whoa...all your wonderful suggestions and comments....making me blush....so here is the other one I played with with the fog, 3d plane with a leaf clouds and then leafs..adn well got a bit carried away...lights, water and logo in psp7...now I just need to model a catfish coming up outta the water and well that is still a bit ambitious for me at the moment.... :D o yeah and used the 3d plane in this in rotate and snapshot mode and kept changing the intensities and I took the snapshots...and moved the image all around the pic and did this and resized it too...just seeing what all it would do...this is one toy I just dont seem to get tired of playing with.... http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1010880165pui.jpg

The second one is even cooler, Ron!
The color and fog really work well together!

This is pretty good stuff, I think landscapes could be your vocation.

Nice work ron. Your renditions of water is always so very good. I like these images a lot. Congratulations !.
Ron, I can see the influence of Jundel's wisdom on your last image there. It's a good influence to have :D Keep it up :tu:
