Hi, all. There's another newbie in your midst. :)
I'm working with the demo version (still making up my mind as to whether or not to buy). I finally got the whole markering thing down so I can re-edit objects once they're saved.
Now I'd like to move on to importing, but the Import option is grayed out in the Document Palette.
Is it grayed out because I'm using the demo version, or is there something I need to do to activate it?
Second question: Is it possible to import jpeg photographs and apply 3D techniques to them? For instance, wrap a sphere with a 2D photo?
Thanks very much.
BTW, you guys have a great forum here. I've learned a lot just by browsing and searching. For a dyed-in-the-wool Photoshop user like myself, ZBrush is a toughy -- it requires a completely different approach to graphics creation. But its capabilities are awesome -- I hope I can do it justice :).
Thanks for all your help.
