Welcome! Nice first post .. looks like you had fun making this!

It's always hard offering constructive criticism on fantasy figures. If I said the ear was back to front, or the nostrils were in the wrong place, or the eye sockets were too high, that wouldn't help, because you clearly designed your creature that way. :D However, you could think about the skin markings, which run vertically from the top of his skull down his head. If they ran horizontally they'd make the figure more 'believable', as it would imply the ability of the creature to raise his eyebrows, and frown and all that.

I think the best way to improve is taking references and check the muscle definitions and see how wrinkles flow. Another advise is to sculpt in low subd levels and increase as you add more details. Dont shape the overall model in sub level 7 , try in lower levels first.
