It is my nude woman's torso, done in such a way as most do not see the nudity

That green is a hat, inflated top part of torso, moved edges around for "floppiness", then did masking, inverse on the masks, inflating to 100, and smoothing the whole hat to give it a folding look.

In short, the eyes are her BOOBS :D

OH, I was TRYING to move a section out to make a ring-like thing for hollow ears. Could not get there, so made it a mustache with a lot of noise applied. But did not want to ruin the belly button :D So the mustache starts in the back of its "HEAD". :D
