[The Namek]

Nice head model , but you're missing some smoothing in the eyebrows area , this happens around the poles of a sphere usually , try to smooth it out by moving the divide slider to the right.
You can find that slider in Tool:Modifiers:
just above the mini screen and "double" and "flip".
