View Full Version : New head
Hi all!
Here it is my new attempt. In spite of having made several models of head, all of them received critics and suggestions that pointed the need to increase the resolution in specific places of the face, as eyes, nose... Already suggested to use ::Tool ::Modifiers :: Deformation ::Divide, but I think that doesn't work to soften the model already done... look as the nose of that model it was horrible!!! To use high resolution since the beginning is for me impossible because my computer is too slow. The maximum that can do is to begin with
:b4: HDivide = 256 and
:b4: VDivide = 128
Some suggestion to improve the model after ready? http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1007339545rsm.jpg

Hi xexas.....
would you mind if I have a play with the model and repost? I'll see what tricks I can use if any to help with areas.

Xexas........I had a look at the nose....I'm not saying this is the nose you want, but it is perfectly repairable.....by smoothing, subtracting and adding.
Great modelling....enjoyable to watch.
Maybe I can add to your script to show you what I did?

Ed,
It would be very good if you sent the script with your alterations...
I love that head Xexas. I've watched your script a couple times now. You make it look so easy.
Wow, excellent modelling indeed! Great talent! :tu: :tu: :tu:

Xexas watching you model was so inspirational
that even though it was very early in the morning I had to sit down and play with your model a bit-I learned alot from you -thankyou!here are the results-hope you don"t mind-unfortunately I did not save the script. If you want I can do this again and save? http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1007382572htc.jpg I like how you accomplished the hair and goatee. That approach never dawned on me.

Outstanding modeling xexas!
Yes, you are a perfectionist and it shows in your results.
You're inspired me to give character modeling a shot.
Thank you!
Paul
I am very happy for having brought so much inspiration to you...
Ed, your adaptations to my model were excellent. The nose and the ears were as I had imagined... congratulations...
Rhom, with your touch the model acquired another personality... because I didn't think before about that? was it great.
I thank all for the time and for the incentives!

Hi xexas..
I never saved a script of the first head I did.......so did it again, tacking it onto your script. I never had time to finish shapes and positions....some smoothing still required.
It is boring to watch. Some days I can do something like this quickly...other days I make a meal of things.

Rhom, the last one you improved is Rocks, I like the hair in the top, :tu: :tu: :tu:
Hi,
your script don't work on my Zbrush 1.23b...
I guess you record it with an older Zbrush version.
Anyway, very good work (and Xexas too)
