After seeing the new material ZScript, I was inspired to work on a Tool manager. I happen to like cars so I thought it would be fun to build a script that would make all of my car parts easily accessible.
The plans are to have several different parts (previously modeled ZTools) available and use the script to select them and use in building my car models. I am planning on parts such as wheels, tires, bodies, lights, and many more accessories that I haven't even thought of yet.
What I really would like to accomplish is to be able to have marker locations set for each piece where you click on the tires you want and the tires are automatically placed in the appropriate spot based on the type of car body you select and such. I haven't tried implementing this yet, so I will have to let you know how that turns out.
Anyway, here is the little preview. It only has two tire tools and one wheel tool at the moment, just to give you an idea. If there is any interest I will post updates as I get farther along.
Just unzip the file and put it all inside a folder (ZGarage or whatever) in you ZScripts folder and see if you like the idea.
