Great-looking fish you got there! Troy McClure would sure appreciate them on his wall. :D (j/k)
Did you know that the next version of ZBrush will feature displacement mapping? Means that you can do the fish in low polygons and the scales with displacement, without having to use color bump (as it won't work everywhere - in some places you need color detail only without bump).

:tu: Great fish...
The fog in the water is a good idea, but I think you should try a couple of more things to make it look like it's underwater. I'm thinking some Depth Cue (Depth of Field) would really make a big difference. Also adding particles and/or small air bubbles at different Z depths might really give it a sense of being under water.

Hi Gary...I really like your work...shows some really great details and knowledge of aquatic life. I aspacially like your sword fish..reminds of the book...The Old Man and the Sea(Earnest Hamingway).
I wanted to ask you, if it not a problem, how you achieved the great deatil on the snake aspacially ..scales , little bumps and grooves....It looks like you have done it all by hand???
great work once again
Kircho
