Hi all!

Just got done making some new seamless textures for my next project...

I just Love photos i see of Europe and the older cobble roads and buildings...

Here is a neat way to make your own Cobblestone/rockwall Seamless texture useing only Zbrush :)

When you see the canvas pan , I am holding the ~ key, and Left mouse button drag....

That is about all that there is to the tutorial really , paint, pan erase seam, repeat :)

well, anyways, you can yse same method for all kinds of rock walls, even bricks or Odd shaped tiles..

Here are 2 of the texture the Zscript produces:
rockwall1.jpg (http://javascript%3Cb%3E%3C/b%3E:zb_insimg%28%276865%27,%27rockwall1.jpg%27,1, 0%29)
and
cementBrown.jpg (http://javascript%3Cb%3E%3C/b%3E:zb_insimg%28%276866%27,%27cementBrown.jpg%27, 1,0%29)
Hope this helps Some one :)
Feel frewe to post questions comments and cratiques! Thanks for Looking :)

TIP:

If you make a Brick or Rock wall, and want to generate a Bumpmap just use the MRGBZ Grabber tool, and save the Alpha as a .TIFF file (think this is the only 24 or 32 bit format)

then you will have the Diffuse, and the Bumpmap texture to use in your favorite game/render engine! With verry little Extra effort :)

Great Link Pilou!!! Thankyou

I have texturemaker... I use this tool for extracting textures... I can make the texture all srtaight and there are a few tools to make seamless too :D

Look at this neat feature!!
http://www.i-tex.de/overview/textractor.htm

There is a free demo with a 256X256 limmit on texture size.. It also Watermarks the Demo stuff too...

I payed 60$ for texturemaker a few years ago... I use it almost as much as I use Zbrush when I am makeing Video game content...

Thanks for the link Frenchie Pilou :)
