I was making this round-shield and I wanted an outside ring, I tried using the MMs but when u set a marker for the first tool, and the ring is exactly in the same position the new marker takes the other one out..
How can I avoid this? or is there another way to get that?
...If u need a pic plz let me know so u might get an idea of what am saying ty. :D
You need to move the second marker a hair
then move it to the right position after u
polymesh. I hope that helps

I've tried that, but u see that the mms have like a radius which is very helpful for locating them.
But If I move a tool it is very noticeable if one tool moves from the other(specially with circles )
Thank you thou! :D

Two ways at least:
1. Use the Tool>Deformations>Offset to alter the centre point of one of the pieces before multimarking - the MMs will then not be in the same place.
2. Do a Tools>Unify on both parts first. Multimark one of the pieces. Unselect Markers>Tool then use the first MM to recall the second piece. Scale the 2nd piece, go into Edit mode and use the Tools>Deformations>Offset slider to move it completely away from the first piece. Mark the second piece. Turn on Markers>Tool, draw the MM tool and make your polymesh. Draw the polymesh and completely mask the first part, then use the Tools>Deformations>Offset slider to move the second part back into place (hopefully it is the same amount as used to move it before MMing).
Cameyo's Zplace zscript might also be able to do this?
