These are of my current WIP, still have to figure out how best to skin it without getting artifacts and then need to figure out how to subdivide for further detail (like Mentat did in the other thread). Still learning. I am trying to learn Zbrush 1.5 and C4D xl at the same time....too much to learn. but I am determined. ;) http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1030588865jfe.jpg http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/zbc_uploads/user_image-1030588883oxs.jpg [IMG][IMG]

lol Talos! I am trying to wrap me noggin around C4D XL as well! If you want to use divide on a mesh created from these ZSpheres go with the Adaptive Skin and use a resolution of 3 or 4. Then you can subdivide the mesh as you work with it. But keep in mind that there is a maximum limit to the number of polygons your model can have so don't get divide happy. Only divide in areas you really need to. Otherwise you may find you can't finish part of the body because you don't have the mesh density you need (cuz you used up all your polys already) :)
I am eager to see the skin of this critter. :tu:
Looking forward to seeing this skin! I am a Cinema user also. I think ZBrush and Cinema will make great partners.
