Hey,

I've been away from here for too long!

Not sure how many of you remember me?

I just got my update yesterday and I'm having sooo much fun that I just had to come back to this forum and start Zeeing again!

Here's a pic I made in around 45 minutes...not much, I know, but its my first pic using v1.51 :D

Hope you like it, comments are welcome!

Nice model, although I think a little work with the fiber brush to expand the hairyness of the body might make it even better.

Hi Shane, and welcome back! I don't think I've seen you but am glad just the same.

Very creepy spider there, very good!

Yeah, I agree with you Gerlon,

The only problem is that I couldn't figure out how?

I tried everything to make the hair expand outside the model, but nothing worked. :(

Could anyone assist me?

Also, I made the image by placing the plain3d tool on the first layer and the spider on a second layer, then when I tried to merge the layers, I couldn't get the shadows from the spider to drop on the plain3d terrain I added below him.

Any ideas on those two problems?

BTW, luckily I saved before merging :)

welcome back! i remember u as well!

wut i think the problem is, is that u had ZAdd turned OFF. it wouldnt add fibres outside of the model because of that. Hope it works :P

Hey Mr. Z!

you could tryto edit the 3d sphere you used to make the body with a really small brush and make some sorta short strings, won't quite give the hair effect though, it would give more of the spike ball effect. you could also just use the fiber brush though it wouldn't keep the texture.
