Skinning not working

For some reason I cannot get skining (either type to work).

Can someone post a very simply step 1,2,3 process to do a basic skin???

Please help.

When you skin a ZSphere the skinned tool is saved as a separate tool in your tool pallette keeping your original ZSphere tool intact. You'll have to look in the tool pallette for your skinned tool.
