Monster head wip

Im still very new to zbrush but i now feel im starting to get more of a feel for it, this is a personal project ive started tonight (box modeled). any crits tips or points you can help me out with?

next step: add exposed gums and teeth, maybe an eye? then texture it (when i find out how).
