ZScript2 Rev B: now you can use (almost) any tool (Deco Brush, 3Dtool with any drag type, other 2.5D tools with different drag types...)

Basic Info:
-----------
This script allows to move, scale and rotate your 3D tool or a paint stroke within canvas using keyboard. When move/scale/rotate with keyboard you can automatically snapshot and/or marking the object and/or perform 3DCopy function. You can move, scale and rotate the object with absolute value too. It's possible to place objects when moving mouse too. The script allows to make grids and snap object on it (only XY plane). The script allows to make polar and rectangular array of objects. More, the scripts allows to create frame.
You can use this script to do a lot of things:
- creation of multimarker object with great control when positioning single pieces
- creation of 3D object from alpha-drived drawings
- creation of fractal 3D objects (multimarker of multimarker)
- creation of fantasy and surreal backgrounds
- ...and the best thing to do: HAVE FUN !!!

Quick start example (thanks to Frenchy Pilou :)):
----------------------------------------------
1. Select any object 3D or 2D brush and draw it at any place (or press "DROP" button)
2. Press "GET STATUS" (process must begin here!)
3. Insert your values for:
Rotation X,Y,Z (10°,10°,10°)
Move X,Y,Z (10,10,100)
Scale X,Y,Z (0,0,0) (0 = no scale, 1 = growing, -1 = decrease)
(all combinations are possible)
4. Press "Snap" for a continue drawing of object
5. Press "Markers" if you want make a multimarkers
6. For the beginning just press the key "8" for vertical drawing, "4" for left drawing, "7" for diagonal upper left drawing, ecc.
When you have pressed some of these keys you have a Multimarkers
7. Set Markers "Off"
8. Create Polymesh from multimarkers
Now you can use the new polymesh following your inspiration and the keyboard
If you want make a multimarkers of Multimarkers set "Markers On" (fractal process)
Don't forget at any new position of start to press "Get Status"
You can insert any object 3D at any moment !
That's seems complex but's very easy and quicky.
With some practice you will make some incredible ways of the Logo tortoise
The more difficult is the inspiration !!!

Hints:
------
Draw something on canvas and press "Get Status", now you can drive your object with keyboard...
You can use any tool (3D or 2D) with any stroke type, but sometimes the result are unpredictable...
Plays with the MoveX,Y,Z ScaleX,Y,Z and RotateX,Y,Z parameters...
Color Random and/or Material Random produce nice effects...
Try Array functions...
To rotate only set MoveX, MoveY to zero.
Draw a paint stroke (SimpleBrush and Freehand), press 'Ctrl' key and click on canvas: now you have set a new rotation center for the first stroke...
Try to use the Mouse function changing the Z value options...
Help me with new ideas...and notify me any error ;)

hi cameyo ! thanks a lot ... i downloaded immediately even though i still have to wait for z2 :rolleyes: ... but i love your zplace for z1.55b so much, so i want make sure not to miss that for z2 ... thanks for sharing :)

And about a little rotative bug, is it exterminate ? ;)

p.s. the Yrot bug will be eliminate after the release of ZDemo...(i hope) ;)
I have a version who can rotate object correctly only with some condition...it's not user-proof...

Here is the version for 1.55b:

I have tried this script only few times...
There is a lot of differences from the version for Z2.
This is because each stroke in Z2 is more "3D"...
With Z155b a paint stroke can't be drived :(
With Z155b a spray stroke can't be drived :(
...and so on...
But i hope you have fun anyway.

i did today a short fun test ... wonderful :) ... however there are some things, where i seem to miss something... maybe you, cameyo, or frenchy can help ?

one thing i not get is the "turtle" button. when i use that the simplebrush is selected with drawsize=1, and rectangular alpha ... now when i use keyboard tiny dots appear, showing kind of way i made with keyboard ... is this meant to be so ? and if yes, what is idea behind this ?

the other question i have, is to a remark in the "hint" button... there it says i can use simple brush with freehandstroke and ctrl click to fix rotation center for the stroke i just made ... well, again, i seem missing something, as nothing happens...

anyway, i love in particular the frame function. that is beautiful, and very helpful. and whole skript is lots of fun (and i not found mistakes ;) )... thanks a lot cameyo :)

Speedy try :)
I think the idea of the turtle is that :)
When you press "turtle" you have a Simplebrush+ Alpha 0+ Material 0 + Size 1! Ok That's you have seen :)
Now retake the Simplebrush with any alpha and any size and any material
"Get Status"
You can now draw with this new combinaison + keyborad :)

no need be sorry cameyo ! your skript is wonderful, and i had very nice time trying it out ... and your quick images are wonderful, i made some similar, as besides the frame funktion the polar array is my favourite one, though mine were not with fur of course ;) thanks again for sharing skript.
