I think you are doing serious progress since the time i see you around here. IMO its your best face until now. The mouth seems quite nice but something strange happened to the eyes. You should work on proportions. Working with references would be a good exercise to get a feeling for proportions, You will realize that not only humans look more natural, but also every kind of creature, monster or alien looks much more real and authentic if you know human proportions. you find Andew Loomis anatomy books - my favourite when it comes to that topic. Keep on and work hard, its worth it! :D
