one more thing before bed time. I may be telling people what they already know but i thought of this cool tip to localize the z depth alpha to where you want. In photoshop you can use images/adjustments/ curves and make a curve like the image below. by adjusting the high point you adjust where the white is.

Looks very moody Ryan, and you reminded me of the use of the Z-depht alpha
thats something i have never used...have to study Zbrush some more ;)
