material preferences question

I was viewing the Zscripts and saw one on changing the specular and diffuse and reflectivity of individual materials...but, I will be damned if I can find the material prefs button....

ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated.

It's actually Materials->Modifiers you want...Just open up the material pallette and you'll find all of them...And while you're there, check out what the 'High Dynamic Range' settings can do! ;)
This is a new material modifier and can even create a 'Neon' effect from any material...
