not bad for a first zbrush model.
did you model him from a sphere or a zsphere object? It's good to show the mesh as well as the object specially when asking for c&c.
One thing you can do to improve him is move the eyes back. Most folks, don't have faces that are straight down from their brows. If you can, look at some ref pics of people from a side view and you will see what I mean.
anyways thats a place to start...if ya did this guy with zspheres you can go about that pretty easy.
and like I said....pretty good for a first zbrush model. You can find some great tips and such by downloading the Practical guide....full of lots of goodies!

modelled it from a 3d sphere. now i have to work on texturing after considering what u said about eyes, th
If you haven't dropped him to the canvas yet, or still have a ZTool version to play with, you can probably jump down to a lower subdivision level and make those changes without losing any of the tiny details. They'll still be waiting for you when you go back up again...

I actually like the texture a lot...subtle and realistic colors...i've been trying to paint textures for the longest. but i can't get anything right, especially skin. it looks like you've got the skin colors pretty well.
