Hello...it's my very post i here... :D glad to be around u guys.

I made this head for a challenge i am participating in Cgtalk....the work was done like this..Low polygon model in Maya and then import an obj of it in ZBrush 2 for OSX and worked on the details there...in the middle pic u see the model imported back to Maya.
It was u surprise to me what i did in ZBrush with it in less that one hour..so much that i intend to make a complete beast character out of him after the challenge ...in ZB. So i would like your opinion on him and also your valuable tips in ZB to make him look better...

Thanks Giantsun ..although i didn't do anything wierd or difficult.

Any suggestions to give him more details ? :)

Very nice model u got there.You can use more extensive the pm to add more details with alphas...I personaly subdivide my models many times and then turn to low level and detail partially.

That's a nice idea Mr micro26 ;) ....In this way i will be able to add alot of details on him...geez how did i forget of that...sorry ...i am a little new to the process...but i am getting there...thank u. ( Eyxaristo )

Of course Zbrush permit to win some precious minutes (hours, days, weeks, months, years) in modeling!

:D ...hahahah crazy French guys are hunting me down...hahahah...

U are right about sculpting in ZB...soon i will do all my organic modeling there i think...it's faster and more artistic oriented....than anything else i 've seen and used....

Model of head textured using Projection master and alpha maps painted..
Cavity control was also used for this render..rendered in ZB
