This is "Le Rige" from Loisel's comic book: "La quête de l'oiseau du temps" modelled with ZBrush2.
One of my first "serious" attempt with this amazing piece of software.

Here comes an update on the torso and few more details as wrinkles and veins on the lower part of the face.
