i could not find anything about Geneish, but in case this is meant to be Lord Ganesh (http://www.eprarthana.com/html/ganeshimage.asp?elid=eplp2gan) i am afraid it comes with up to twelve arms in hindu iconography... and one broken tusk, the trunk usually twisted to the left, reddish eyes, a big belly and a mouse/rat as a symbol of intelligence being able to intrude anywhere (methinks) :) maybe there are some representations of him that are "evil" but i doubt it... you might want to check out more about this god on sites like this (http://perso.club-internet.fr/ganapati/anglais/indexe.html)!

Im not sure, but isnt he like a god of wisdom/scholarship?. I believe there are many symbols of him in schools and the like...or maybe thats someone else, oh well these millions of indian gods can be confusing =P.
