I'm glad you all realized the sense of humour intended when I thought him up. I thought he started to look a little bit like Godzilla as well. I think I'll make a toon version and perhaps a more detailed version just for comparison.

Thanks Polaris30, the more I use these little Zsphere gems, the more I like the possibilities and flexibility.
