Doomed to abstacts! Oh well.........

I am afraid I am doomed to do abstracts! This started out as an attempt to model a human head. When I knew I had lost it - I purposely messed it up and ended up with this abstract!! Oh well at least it wasn't a total loss! :p

Often when I'm coming up with ideas I start to model something and either end up with colors smeared all over the canvas (love the smudge brush) or an image similar to this. After playing round a bit, I get the project more firmly in my head and can sit down and start to work on my real project. You'll be there soon :tu:
