Hi Kitty I saw the thumbnail but can not open the imageˇ
On Other hand, what is wrong in a women torso? I dont think that is nudity...if you put a man torso is nudity? Is a gender difference?
Keep on your beutiful workˇˇˇ

Andre, still awaiting a reply from Matthew on that.

The rules are on nudity, that in the main forum you put on the topic line contains nudity.

That inside the main forum you post a link to the pic also with the word nudity in it.

I believe that was it.

I wrote Matthew again after finding out the rules because remember the NO FISHING post in here that made the top line (and a damned well model) that showed the breast far more then I have in that they were honkers. :D

Yes, I think it is a gender thing.

But I could have and did think of posting it as an alien :D

You see, the breast could have been eyes sticking out. :D The navel could be the nose sticking in :D and if I had done a pubic area, that would just look like a smile :D

Add a hat, a waalaa, and alien :D

Hope Matthew clears up what is nudity and what is not.

For myself, I saw no problem in posting it here, but I do not really want to offend anyone, and I wonder is this why Serena got seashells over her nipples, so it could be posted here? Would love to know the answer to that one :D

I wouldn't go so far as to call that nudity, looks pretty safe

This policy on nudity never ceases to amaze me. I'm not going to launch into another long diatribe, just make a few observations.

First, our art galleries would have a lot of blank space on the walls if this policy were translated into real-world art of all eras.

Second, what is wrong with nudity in an artistic context (at the very least)? Why do the administrators consider it so dangerous that, if not banning it outright, we must at least be protected from it by these rather pointless devices?

Thirdly, there is a world of difference between most examples of simple nudity and most cases of pornography (although I admit it can get blurry at the edges, but I have never seen a case even approaching that border here or on any other art forum).

Sometimes it feels like I've entered some kind of time warp and am back in the prudish Victorian era... and even they accepted it both in their art-work and less salubriously in private sales of er, gentlemen's erotica - not suitable for hoi polloi, you understand, but perfectly acceptable for gentlemen of learning and distinction (= money).
