:b3: then "Edit Options"
:b3: then "Misc Options" (at bottom of page)
:: Then "Standart Editor" :ex: :ex: :ex:
:b3: Save Changes

And now when you press the Icone "Insert Hyperlink"
you have a window for input your text without type the tag "url" (beginning and ending) :cool: :cool: :cool:
And you can always press all smileys for insert it!
