I guess some of us are the unlucky ones that d/l our copies of zbrush using the website that was connected to Getsoftware.com. Just tried to go there and guess what????POOF noT in existance....Oh Woooooopie now what do we do? lol :mad: :mad: :mad:
If you answer this Aurick perhaps you could answer this as well:
Seeing as you are aware of how many emails you have to get through could you perhaps give a rough estimate of when you might be able to send the download info out for those who used getsoftware. Will it be today tomorrow or next week? I've sent the info.

Same problem here.
I've had my copy of Zbrush 1.23 over a year now and I purchased it on http://www.pixologic.com and they were evidently using some company/site called "Getsoftware.com" and now I have no way of getting my upgrade.
I have emailed Matthew as per Pixolators instrucations and am awaiting an answer. Hopefully I'll have something soon.
I'm pretty bummed and unfortunately I can't say that I'm surprised...the company had as many problems last year when I bought 1.25.
Im 2 all.
I waiting e-mail from Pixologic. :D :D

Hi,
I got my ZBrush from getsoftware too. One hour ago or so I got Matthews answer.
No problem with downloding my update :)

Oh I´m very happy :)) I thought the download would be a problem because my English is not very good. But really no problems. Hope you get soon your mails from Matthew... But I think he get tons of mails...

Hi everybody,
The assistance of the whole Pixologic crew and forum moderators here and at Renderosity.com was great yesterday and late into the night! Many thanks to Aurick, Matthew and Jaime for their really quick help! Great job they and the whole Pixologic team did with the release (and the features) of the new version.
But now: where to start with all these new mighty toys? :tu:
