Zbrush configuration

Hello there,

So, after i used a bit demo version (1 day) ingreme bought zbrush 2. After i saw all tutorials that come with zbrush i feel a little frustrated of many hours i lost modelling things that can be done with this powerfull tool in couple of hours. Of corse i've seen tutorials from one guru that knows the software like the palm of his hands, BUT the tools are there and they work ;)
So, I will be posting some questions to speed the learning process as we are in a very demanding area and hope that u have time to answer them.

So the first one's are:

How to config keyboard shorcuts?
Is there a irc channel with users from zbrush? (official or non-official)

Please dont quote me on this,

But assigning keys is easy in Zbrush, all you have to do is make a plugin or Zscript...

Otherwise I think all the keys are static...

I may be wrong about this tho... I am still learing Zbrush also.

It seems that there is no direct connection with 3dsmax. Here we have maya and deep exploration to do the job (.obj -> 3ds, dxf, max) BUT do u know if there is a wish list so i can put this there?

I've downloaded also the plugins obj2max and max2obj but still, i think this will be essencial due to 3dsmax growth in all major industries.
