I am so disappointed, can't d/l my upgrade, unfortunately I purchased my zbrush at the beginning, upgraded and all using the Pixologic site, have no account with Digital River, now I am stuck here waiting to see if someone answers me to tell me where I can get my free up grade. Patience is is golden but I am gonna turn pea green with envy as you all get to play with the new toy. lol :mad: :mad: :mad:

Sprite I downloaded mine from Pixologic's site in Oct 2001. I went to the DR site and took a stab at getting in. I went via the search by email route. It asks for the email you initially ordered with and the last five digits of the credit card. It took me a few trys as I couldn't remember which card I used but I finally got through. You could also try calling them to see if they have you on file.
