Last night, when the first announcement went up and then came down, they said if you are NOT in the Digitalriver system, and purchased ZB earlier (prior to Nov 2001), or from a third-party, to send emails to matthew@pixologic.com for "special instructions".
they need:
1- name used when purchasing
2- email address that was used
3- source of your purchase

I got ZB 2 years ago when they used getsoftware.com as the download source
