I have been looking for Text to Speech Software (would like freeware- least wise to start with). If you know of a name or names of Text to Speech Software or links please post.

Microsoft also has some free speech API's if you want to do some programming

if so it needs the readerhere (http://www.microsoft.com/reader/downloads/pc.asp)
How do you get the text you want to read into an ebook for the reader so the text to speech will work?

I was very impressed with this one, there are a few software packages that incorporate it.

www.cepstral.com (http://www.cepstral.com) also has a great text to converter
