I wasn't going to colour this image..but I had an hour to spare sitting on aircraft today so I thought I'd use the time productively. http://www2.zbrushcentral.com/uploaded_from_zbc/200405/user_image-1083853639snh.jpg

Thats bound to grant you extra fly miles. :D Looks great. I really like those plants and the overall effect is just amazing on this one.

and then I looked at the model this morning and added a radial light, fog, shading enhancement and depth adjustments to lift it a bit

Ooh it's come up a treat.
Love your vegetation, makes a change to see nice pudgy leaves. Very nicely done.

Thanks all, the pics are much lighter on zbcentral than they are on my laptop. I think I need to do some form of colour calibration.
Boozy:flattery will get you anywhere :D
Aztec: it was created using a plane object at about 30 degrees and then painting on it using alphas for the dirt and rock. The vegetation is palmate leaf model originally built in Animation Master and applied with the spray tool.
Matvara: I couldn't get the soft edge and the darker shadow at the same time. More practice needed I think.

Great work. Love the images, but the first one's my favorite.
