Hi there,
How do I model using zspheres, then skin it, and increase the res of the skin, yet go back and change the pose after?
When I save it, it loses the z spheres?
Hi and welcome to zland :)
You can preview your zspheres skin by pressing "A" on your keyboard - then drop back to the zspheres again with another press of "A" - you can also increase the density of the adaptive mesh - look in the tools menu/adaptive.
Hope this helps ?

thanks :)
But I thought after detailing the hell out of it you couldn't change the z sphere skeleton any more?
what you have todo is, when in edit mode, it creates a duplicate of your object and puts into your tools palate, so if u come out of edit mode.
All you have todo is, clear your canvas and then in your tool palte there should a little pic of model of what u just done, click on that and add it back to the canvas, and you can edit it again :D

or simply save your zsphere as a tool and you can reuse it anyway you wish.....save at lowest density gives you a smaller file and the same beginning for any pose or mods.

However, by doing this I lose the detail I've built up over sucessive subdivs?
A tool should retain various levels of detail.
